The role of the Health Screening Specialist is on-site Health Risk Assessments as a member of the HRA team.
Phlebotomy skills required.
Participates in processing of HRA, screening, or class paperwork.
Ability to complete training and perform a variety of Health Screening procedures including Urine Drug Screens, Hearing Testing, Vision Testing, Pulmonary Function Testing, EKG's, and Respirator Fit Testing.
Promote additional wellness services while on-site with a detailed knowledge of services and products offered by Corporate Health and Wellness.
Allow for flexible hours including early mornings, on-site travel to out of town locations, and accommodating multiple shifts and locations for contracted companies.
Qualifications:
Education: Associates Degree in Health related field or Certified Medical Assistant. Job experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
Experience: Excellent communication and organizational skills. Previous medical testing and/or phlebotomy experience.
Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support certification with in 90 day probationary period
