Candidates willing to relocate and/or travel are preferred.
Position Summary As an Field Layout Engineer this position will include working with concrete carpenters to layout building locations, foundations, walls, embedded materials, and anchor bolts. This position will make sure that the projects are built to the correct tolerances, and the quality that is required.

Work Environment
The majority of work is completed outside at the construction site, and in an office trailer where they will monitor the project and make daily decisions about construction activities. The position is often exposed to sounds and loud noises, such as construction equipment. The job requires they wear protective equipment when on the construction site (Hardhats, safety glasses, and high visibility clothing). Temperatures and conditions may vary depending on the weather and seasons.
Expected Hours of Work Full time position, Occasional extended hours and weekends may apply.
Travel Minimal travel required, depending on the project, travel to other areas may be required. Majority of travel done during work hours; overnight stays may be required.
Physical Demands While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to talk, listen sit, walk, reach, kneel, stoop, crouch, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel and to operate a computer keyboard and phone while maintaining visual acuity. The employee may occasionally be required to lift and or carry lightweight (under 20 pounds) objects.
