| Dell Services is currently interviewing for a professional, experienced Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day customer service and administrative support for our customer’s senior executives. Must possess active/current TS/SCI Security Clearance Responsibilities include providing day to day advisory support to customer officials applying judgment and initiative to determine the approach or action to take in both routine and non-routine situations as well as interpreting and adapting guidelines including unwritten policies, precedents. Duties include or are comparable to the following: * Working with a degree of independence and significant feedback from upper management regarding methodology to be used in accomplishing objectives and establishing milestones and schedules with a wide latitude for independent judgment regarding the resolution of administrative management problems. * Planning, coordinating and reviewing administrative management activities for the organization. These functions may include training/travel budgets, suspense systems, space planning, personnel management, record management, and logistics support. * Developing guidance, procedures and/or policies relative to administrative management of an organization. * Maintaining office calendars. Additional Duties include, but are not limited to, the following general office tasks: * Correspondence preparation, timesheet support, timekeeping, schedule management, and Office Automation. * Preparing office correspondence such as form letters, reports, tables, spreadsheets, and other printed material; editing and reformatting correspondence. * Establishing and maintaining computer based records/files * Reviewing documents in accordance with customer correspondence procedures Requisition is opened because we have won the business but the candidate selection is contingent upon client approval or task award.
