Responsible for answering and handling inbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment. Respond to customer questions and issues. This position provides appropriate customer service information, data entry, and resolves complaints. Responsible for recording efforts into database and forwarding information to appropriate department for prompt follow-up and accurate and timely resolution. Performs data entry and intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft package. Maintain adequate attendance and adherence to Company policies and procedures.
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Requirements/Qualifications:
