Position Location: Washington, DC
Position Summary:
BCS, Incorporated requires Management Associate with 0-4 years of experience in business or financial management. The Management Associate will work at a government client site in Washington, DC. Occasional travel may be required to BCS Headquarters in Laurel, Maryland and client project sites across the United States.
Responsibilities Include:
• Data Analysis and Reports – Conducts data analysis and issues resolution for government financial data. Develops reports and presentations for clients and senior staff to convey decision making information based on raw data.
• Business Process Analysis – Quickly grasps client business processes and assists with implementation or streamlining of business processes.
• Programmatic Support – Provides a range of programmatic support to government clients including systems implementation, administrative, and project support.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in information systems, business, or finance. Requirements include strong capabilities in data analysis, writing, organizing, and effectively presenting complex information. Experience working with large datasets, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint is required. Experience consulting with the government is a strong plus. Experience using business intelligence tools and developing executive dashboards is highly desirable. Candidate must be highly organized and able to concurrently perform quick turn-around tasks and long-term projects. Candidate must demonstrate creativity as well as problem solving and time management skills. Candidate must be willing to work on both team and independent assignments. The successful candidate will be client-oriented, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be articulate in written and oral communication.
